Laboratory Analyst – Food Testing Laboratory (Willmar, MN)

Our food safety laboratory performs microbiological and chemical tests on a wide variety of products to ensure quality, safety and regulatory compliance. We are seeking a Laboratory Analyst to support these efforts and maintain a fast‑paced, precise testing environment.

• Perform microbiological and chemical tests on food products according to established protocols.
• Follow all quality and safety guidelines, maintaining productivity and accuracy.
• Work closely with clients to meet their testing needs and provide timely results.
• Support laboratory operations and collaborate with team members to continually improve testing processes.

• High school diploma or equivalent; a life science degree is a positive.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Highly detail‑oriented, organized, and capable of multi‑tasking.
• Self‑motivated with strong problem‑solving capabilities.
• Previous experience in a laboratory setting or the food industry is a plus.

• 5‑day work week with weekend rotation.
• Fast‑paced laboratory environment requiring standing for a good portion of the day.
