Perform routine checks including monitoring of production lines, sanitation standards, HACCP checks, label auditing, weight checks; complete and review documentation;
Provide technical support and training in USDA regulation compliance, process control program problem analysis investigation, product performance reporting, GMPs and food safety principles;
Perform Poultry Inspection Sorter duties;
Assure proper execution of HACCP, TQC, NTIS programs and company policies;
Maintain accurate and legible documentation of all assigned responsibilities
