Duininck Companies is seeking a seasonal, full-time Asphalt Plant Operator to join our production team across central Minnesota and nearby markets. You will safely operate the plant, coordinate with truck drivers, perform daily safety inspections, and ensure mix quality with QM/QC support while maintaining a clean, safe site.
This role requires travel throughout Central & Western Minnesota, Northern Iowa, and the Eastern Dakotas, with extended/irregular hours during the production season.
