Are you an early bird who loves to work independently? We're looking for an Opening Shift food prep team member to add to our team.
Position: Opening Shift Food Prep
Location: Erbert & Gerbert's in Willmar, Minnesota
Hours appearance; Opening shift, 7:00 am - 10:00 am daily, Part time
Pay: Starting at $13.00 an hour
What You'll Do:- Stretching, proofing and baking bread
- Cooking soups up to temp
- Slicing vegetables and meat on a commercial slicer (experience preferred or willing to be trained)
- Must be 18 years or older and be a self‑starter
- Is dependable, punctual, and a great team player
- Takes pride in their work and cares about the customer experience
- Previous experience in food service (not required—we'll train the right person!)
- A passion for good food and friendly service
- Fun, supportive team environment
