The Team Member is the core of the Caribou experience. They are responsible for creating day‑making experiences through guest service, hand‑crafted beverages, and bringing the Purpose and Values to life in every interaction.

• Provide incredible Guest Service by developing personal ongoing relationships with guests, practicing active listening, anticipating needs, and making enthusiastic recommendations.
• Hand‑craft beverages to order and prepare and serve Caribou food offerings per standard operating procedures.
• Float between barista and guest service, taking guest orders, managing cash drawer, and following all cash handling policies.
• Maintain the look and feel of a well‑run store by following cleanliness, sanitization and organization standards.
• Think and act on future needs, differentiate problems, and take direction from leaders.

• Must be at least 16 years of age and able to work at least one of the following: early mornings, evenings, some holidays and/or weekends.
• Preferred: restaurant, retail, or guest service experience.

Seeing, hearing, speaking, reaching, lifting up to 50 pounds, sitting, standing, for 4‑8 hours, bending, moving intermittently during working hours. Accommodations available.

$11.23 – $18.71 per hour. Starting pay is subject to local and state minimum wage regulations.
