Hourly Wage

• Actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Range: $18 – $31 per hour.

Annual or quarterly performance incentives.

Premiums ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour may be paid in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

This role focuses on the safety and security of our associates, customers and merchandise. Working in this role will involve investigating, thinking critically and solving complex problems.
