A Lake County company is seeking an Accounts Payable/Receivable Specialist to join their team.
You will work Monday through Friday fro 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
- Process accounts payable/receivable invoices and payments accurately and in a timely manner
- Reconcile vendor statements, resolve any discrepancies, and maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions
- Respond to vendor inquiries, resolve payment issues, and facilitate payment of invoices due by sending bill reminders and contacting delinquent accounts when necessary
- Prepare financial reports related to accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Back-up for processing employee timecards and time management system, benefits and process payroll
- Work closely with outside accounting firm in preparing annual financial statements and processing payments
