Responsibilities
Our receptionists warmly greet guests and visitors and assist them. They answer phones, direct calls to the appropriate department, and perform various clerical duties for leadership.
The role requires passion and dedication to meet the behavioral health needs of our community.
Job SummaryWindsor Laurelwood Center for Behavioral Health, located in Willoughby, Ohio, provides high‑quality behavioral health and substance abuse treatment services to adults, adolescents and children. We offer both inpatient and outpatient programming.
QualificationsJob Requirements
Education: High school diploma or GED.
Experience: One year as a medical receptionist is preferred. Basic keyboarding skills required. Knowledge of personal computers is preferred. Effective communication skills required. Must be able to remain calm under stress. Experience with basic office equipment (fax, copier, etc.) required.
Skills: Effective communication skills, ability to manage high volume of calls, detail oriented with verbal and written communication.
Work Environment: Typical business office area with continuous low voices, outside noises, and office machine noises.
This position requires excellent verbal and written communication skills. Diplomacy and discretion are essential. Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities. Professional demeanor and appearance required.
