Office Administrator/ Coordinator, Front Desk/Receptionist, Clerical
Responsibilities
Our receptionists warmly greet guests and visitors and assist them. They answer phones, direct calls to the appropriate department, and perform various clerical duties for leadership.
Qualifications- Education:
High school diploma or GED. - Experience:
One year as a medical receptionist is preferred. Basic keyboarding skills required. Knowledge of personal computers is preferred. Must be able to remain calm under stress. Experience with basic office equipment (fax, copier, etc.) required. - Skills:
Effective communication skills, able to manage a high volume of calls, detail oriented with verbal and written communication. - Professional demeanor and appearance required. Diplomacy and discretion are essential. Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities.
- Work Environment:
Typical business office area with continuous low voices, outside noises, and office machine noises.
