Wealth Management Client Concierge

Location:
Willoughby Hills, OH

Status:
Full-time, In-office

Compensation: $60,000 -- $65,000 (based on experience)

As a Wealth Management Client Concierge
, you will work directly with our firm’s leaders aswell as the other members of our team to execute and support our business objectives. Theideal candidate will bring a mixture of excellent written and verbal communication skills,

As a Wealth Management Client Concierge
, you can expect to:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients, creating a warm, welcoming, and professional office experience
  • Provide administrative and operational support to advisors while ensuring exceptional client service and efficient day-to-day office operations.
  • Greet clients and visitors, ensuring every interaction reflects a professional and welcoming environment.
  • Build trusted relationships with clients and team members by anticipating needs,maintaining confidentiality, and delivering a high level of service.
  • Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls while providing excellent customer service.
  • Support the planning and execution of client appreciation events, including coordinatingtimelines, invitations, logistics, vendors, and event details.
  • Coordinate office vendors and ensure the office environment is well maintained
  • Complete paperwork to a high degree of accuracy and in a timely manner.
  • Proactively anticipate the needs of advisors and teammates to improve efficiency andclient service.
  • Maintain appropriate turnaround time on all items.

Qualifications for this role include:

  • Wealth management or financial services experience is preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency with MS Office Suite
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and operate under tight deadlines
  • 3 + years of experience in a similar role(s)
  • Strong client facing experience
  • Basic bookkeeping or Quick Books experience is a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion

    Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills
  • A positive, collaborative attitude and professionalism under pressure
