Internship Overview
We are seeking self-driven students pursuing degrees in Construction Management who are interested in:
* Project Management
* Pre-Construction
* Architecture
* Design Build
* Field Operations
* Heavy Equipment/Site Work
Start and end dates are flexible based on academic schedules. Ideal candidates have a strong work ethic and a genuine desire to learn.
Interns gain hands-on, real-world experience while working closely with our:
* Carpentry & Interiors Group
* Construction Management Group
* Multi-Family Housing Group
* Design Build Group
* Special Projects Group
* Site Group
You will collaborate with Project Management, Estimating, and Administrative teams both on-site and in the office.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist with maintaining and updating project drawings and documentation
* Distribute drawings and project information to appropriate parties
* Log, track, and distribute RFIs, submittals, and daily reports using project management software
* Receive, review, and schedule on-site material deliveries
* Assist with bid preparation, project setup, and project bidding
* Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
* College Junior or Senior pursuing a construction-related major preferred
* Willingness to learn and assist with a variety of tasks
* Organized, self-motivated, and positive attitude
* Located in or near the Cleveland area
