Your Role:

* Analyze blueprints and specs for civil and concrete scopes

* Prepare detailed cost estimates and bid packages

* Conduct site visits and gather field data

* Collaborate with PMs, architects, subcontractors, and suppliers

* Present estimates and support preconstruction strategy

What You'll Need:

* 5+ years of experience in civil/concrete estimating

* Bachelors degree or equivalent experience

* Strong analytical and communication skills

* Proficiency in estimating software and Excel

* Ability to manage multiple bids and deadlines

* A proactive, detail-oriented mindset
