Project Surveyor

Marous Brothers Construction (MBC), located in Willoughby, Ohio, is seeking a self-motivated Surveyor for our Site Building Group.

Be part of impactful construction projects right here in the community. As a Land Surveyor, you'll work alongside a collaborative team, use advanced technology, and play a key role in keeping projects accurate and on track—all in a hands‑on, onsite environment that values precision and innovation.

• Collect and interpret field data using GPS and robotic total stations
• Prepare site layouts and calculations using CAD/survey software
• Establish control points and verify site conditions
• Partner with project teams to solve field challenges and keep work moving smoothly

• 10+ years of land surveying experience
• Strong knowledge of CAD, GPS, and survey equipment
• High attention to detail with a proactive, problem‑solving mindset
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment
