We are seeking a Carpentry Estimator with at least 5 years of experience in estimating competitive bid projects and conceptual budgeting. The role involves organizing estimating activities, reviewing and analyzing project documents, developing project conditions, and collaborating with the Chief Estimator or Director of Preconstruction. The ideal candidate should have strong interpersonal communication, organizational, and analytical skills, and be proficient in public speaking, coaching, and mentoring.
A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience is required. If you enjoy building relationships with subcontractors, vendors, and clients, and have high ethical standards, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
