Marous Brothers Construction (MBC), located in Willoughby, Ohio, is seeking a self‑motivated Civil Estimator for our Site Building Group. The role involves shaping the future of construction projects through analytical skills and creative problem‑solving.

• Analyze blueprints and specifications for civil and concrete scopes.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates and bid packages.
• Conduct site visits and gather field data.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Present estimates and support preconstruction strategy.

• 5+ years of experience in civil/concrete estimating.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Proficiency in estimating software and Excel.
• Ability to manage multiple bids and deadlines.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented mindset.
• Must pass background check and be able to undergo drug testing.
