Responsible for executing Acquisition 365, renewing, upgrading, and cross‑selling BJ’s Loyalty Programs. Also responsible for merchandise returns, exchanges, pick‑ups, and general customer service inquiries. Provides excellent and efficient member service.

• Exhibit clear understanding of all membership options, including the Co‑Brand credit card.
• Provide superior customer service as the first line of contact for membership, credit card applications, general questions, merchandise returns, exchanges, product lookup, and pick‑ups.
• Follow tax‑exempt/resale membership policies and monitor renewals and status.
• Resolve member concerns courteously and timely, escalating as necessary.
• Assist with Buy Online and Pick Up In Club orders.
• Maintain all club policies and procedures; perform other duties as assigned, including working in other departments.

• Prior front line/customer service or previous sales experience preferred.
• Results driven with proven success in goal achievement.
• Basic math skills preferred.
• Computer proficiency preferred.

Most of the time spent in a stationary position on hard surfaces. Requires occasional bending, handling, pulling, reaching, stooping, and lifting objects up to 30 pounds, and moving heavier objects with assistance. Work in a comfortable indoor area with occasional exposure to temperature extremes, loud noises, and cleaning agents.
