Full-Time Registered Dental Hygienist (30+ hours/week)

We’re hiring a full-time hygienist (30+ hours/week) in Willoughby, OH, aka the historic downtown, local spots to eat, and weekend farmer’s market energy.

• $45–$55/hr
• Production-based bonuses available (good care should come with good pay)
• Up to $5,000 sign-on bonus

• Provide excellent preventive + periodontal care (prophys, perio maintenance, SRP as appropriate)
• Educate patients in a real‑world, no‑shame way ("You only floss before appointments?" Great. That means you already own floss. We can build from there.)
• Complete thorough assessments and documentation
• Collaborate with doctors on treatment planning and oral‑systemic health
• Maintain strong infection control and a calm, welcoming patient experience

• You have an active Ohio RDH license (or can obtain)
• You’re clinically solid and patient-friendly
