Willoughby Dental Team is hiring:
Full-Time Registered Dental Hygienist (30+ hours/week)

We’re hiring a full-time hygienist (30+ hours/week) in Willoughby, OH, aka the historic downtown, local spots to eat, and weekend farmer’s market energy.
Pay + bonuses + benefits (the part your bank account cares about)- $45–$55/hr
- Production-based bonuses available (good care should come with good pay)
- Up to $5,000 sign-on bonus

- Provide excellent preventive + periodontal care (prophys, perio maintenance, SRP as appropriate)
- Educate patients in a real‑world, no‑shame way ("You only floss before appointments?" Great. That means you already own floss. We can build from there.)
- Complete thorough assessments and documentation
- Collaborate with doctors on treatment planning and oral‑systemic health
- Maintain strong infection control and a calm, welcoming patient experience
- You have an active Ohio RDH license (or can obtain)
- You’re clinically solid and patient-friendly
- You want a practice that respects your time, your skills, and your judgment
