Education Level: 4‑Year Degree. Salary: $25.00 per hour.

Serves as a long‑term substitute teacher at a behavioral health location, delivering daily lesson plans, providing individualized assistance to students ages 14–17, regularly communicating student progress, monitoring and adjusting teaching strategies, and maintaining accurate attendance and session reports. Class sizes range from 8 to 15 students.

40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 8:00‑am to 4:30‑pm. Potential to transition into a salaried position.

• B.A./B.S. degree from an accredited institution
• Ohio state teaching license
• Comfortable working with 14‑17 year‑old students
• Strong organizational skills
• Understanding of subject matter relevant to student needs
