• To define the scope of projects and prepare project request / charter for the same.
• Coordinate with Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering for readiness of tools, equipment, processes in line with project timeline.
• To prepare project time plan as per customer milestones.
• Risk analysis and monitoring. Timely escalation of matters related to delays, failures, additional support required if any.
