Consolidated Precision Products (CPP Corporation) is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to support our Aerospace & Defense operations within the Engineering & Maintenance department. In this role, you will design, optimize, and troubleshoot manufacturing processes for precision components, driving quality, efficiency, and cost improvements. You will lead continuous improvement projects, develop process documentation, and collaborate closely with design, quality, and maintenance teams.

Responsibilities

  • Design and optimize aerospace manufacturing processes for precision components
  • Develop and maintain process documentation, work instructions, and control plans
  • Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for quality and production issues
  • Implement Lean and continuous improvement initiatives to reduce cost and scrap
  • Collaborate with design, quality, and maintenance teams to ensure manufacturability
  • Support introduction of new products, tooling, and equipment into production
  • Analyze production data to improve throughput, yield, and on-time delivery
  • Ensure compliance with aerospace, defense, and customer specifications
  • Provide technical support and training to production teams on new processes
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and reliability
