Consolidated Precision Products seeks a Process Engineer to support our Aerospace & Defense programs within the Engineering & Design department. You will develop, optimize, and document manufacturing processes for complex precision components, driving improvements in quality, throughput, and cost. Responsibilities include root-cause analysis, capability studies, PFMEA, and process validation, while ensuring compliance with aerospace standards. You'll collaborate closely with design, quality, and operations, champion continuous improvement, and support new product introduction.

Responsibilities
- Develop, document, and optimize manufacturing processes for aerospace components
- Conduct root-cause analysis and lead corrective and preventive actions to resolve production issues
- Perform capability studies, PFMEA, and process validation activities
- Collaborate with design, quality, and operations teams on manufacturability and process improvements
- Support new product introduction, including tooling, routing, and work instruction development
- Drive continuous improvement projects to reduce cost, improve quality, and increase throughput
- Ensure compliance with aerospace and internal quality standards in all processes
- Analyze production data and KPIs to identify trends and improvement opportunities
