Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for a 13‑week contract in Willoughby, Ohio.
ResponsibilitiesUnder the guidance of a licensed Occupational Therapist, you will help patients regain the skills needed for everyday life and provide immediate clinical contribution as a backfill for an outgoing clinician.
Minimum Requirements- Associate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college.
- Active Ohio COTA state license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC.
- Experience in skilled nursing facility (SNF) settings preferred.
- Experience with Net Health and/or PCC EHR preferred.
- Ability to orient quickly and provide immediate clinical contribution; backfill for an outgoing clinician.
