ResponsibilitiesThe HR Director position is an integral part of the leadership team reporting directly to the CEO. The role leads the delivery of workforce strategies and drives the effective implementation of key HR programs, policies, and practices. The HR Director works with other business leaders as a business partner to drive recruitment, employee relations, coaching, performance management, employee engagement, and all other HR areas.
The HR Director helps build a dynamic employee culture where employees are engaged and find long-term career success.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field is required.
Professional Certifications: PHR or SHRM-SCP
Experience: Minimum of five (5) years of progressive responsibility as a Human Resource Manager.
