Pay Range: $25.00 - $35.00/HR Permanent Position with Benefits
Seeking a skilled CNC programmer with experience in precision turning, milling, and process development. Ideal candidates know Gibbs
CAM, Autodesk Inventor, and GD&T, and have strong inspection and quality-planning skills. Gear manufacturing experience is a plus.
Key Duties:
- Create/optimize CNC programs
- Design tooling/fixtures
- Prepare clear process drawings with GD&T
- Plan machining sequences (turning, milling, VTL)
- Support continuous improvement
- Proficiency in Gibbs
CAM & Autodesk Inventor - Strong GD&T and inspection knowledge
- Experience with turning, milling, VTL; macro programming a plus
- Quality planning background; gear manufacturing preferred
- Candidates must have solid verbal and written communication and documentation skills.
