3rd Shift Shipping Associate (Forklift) – $20.67/hr

Willoughby, OH | Full-Time | 10:30PM – 6:30AM

We’re hiring a Shipping Associate to support a busy aerospace manufacturing operation. If you have forklift experience and enjoy a fast-paced, hands-on environment—this is a great long-term opportunity.

• $20.67/hour (includes shift differential)

• 3rd Shift: 10:30PM – 6:30AM
• Monday–Friday + overtime as needed

• Operate forklift to load, unload, and move materials safely
• Inspect incoming parts (verify counts, weights, paperwork)
• Prepare UPS/Fed Ex shipments and coordinate pickups
• Complete shipping/receiving documentation accurately
• Load customer vehicles and assist with pickups
• Stage materials for production and outbound orders
• Handle specialty shipments with detailed requirements
• Follow all safety procedures (dock locks, wheel chocks, PPE)
• Support team and help train newer associates

• 6+ months of shipping, warehouse, or manufacturing experience
• Forklift experience (certification a plus)
• Ability to read paperwork, follow instructions, and do basic math
• Comfortable lifting up to 60 lbs and being on your feet
• Strong attention to detail and safety mindset
• High School Diploma or GED

• Industrial setting (heat, cold, dust, noise possible)
• Physical, hands-on role using forklifts and material handling equipment
