Job Description & How to Apply Below

Shift: 2nd Shift, 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM Monday–Friday (Training on 1st shift)

The Kennedy Group, an Inovar Packaging Group company, is a leader in flexographic and digital printing. We invest in modern technology and empower people to deliver cutting‑edge, top‑quality products. Our culture is anchored in Safety, Quality, Customer Focus, Continuous Improvement, and Team Engagement.

A day in the life

You clock in at 2:30 PM, review job tickets, and head to the press line. Before the first label rolls, you verify the setup and color targets. With a spectrophotometer and densitometer in hand, you confirm Delta E, density, and dot gain are on spec. As production runs, you scan for color variation, registration drift, banding, streaking, ghosting, and any plate or substrate issues.

You document findings, communicate rapidly with press operators, prepress, and production, and clear corrective actions so the customer’s standards are protected. At close, you capture the day’s quality data and hand off clear notes for the next team.
