2nd Shift Skilled Citizen Swiss Machinist (Manufacturing)
Join a fast-growing aerospace company under new leadership that values precision, craftsmanship, and innovation. We're looking for highly experienced CNC Machinists to become an integral part of our expanding team.
In this role, you'll work under limited supervision to set up and operate a variety of CNC machines, ensuring that finished parts meet tight specifications and aerospace standards. Ideal candidates are independent problem-solvers who can handle complex machining tasks with minimal assistance. Mastercam experience is a plus.
Sign-On Bonus Program- $1,500 bonus for Entry-Level CNC Machinists (1-3 years of experience)
- $2,500 bonus for Set-Up CNC Machinists
Bonus payout structure:
- 50% after 90 days of employment
- 50% after 6 months of employment
2nd Shift positions have a 10% shift premium, paid lunch and Fridays off
