Shift: 1st Shift | Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM

Pay: $18+/hr, based on experience

Schedule:

4-day workweek with overtime opportunities on Fridays

Position Overview

Inova Staffing is seeking a Press Brake Operator for our client in Willoughby. This position is open to candidates ranging from entry-level to highly experienced. The ideal candidate will have manufacturing experience and be comfortable working with CNC and mechanical press brakes, tooling, and precision measuring equipment.

• Assist with the setup and operation of CNC and mechanical press brakes
• Operate shears, brakes, punches, and other light metalworking equipment
• Produce carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum parts according to customer drawings and specifications
• Read customer drawings and understand measurements and tolerances
• Use measuring tools and gauges to inspect finished parts
• Monitor parts for quality and report any discrepancies or machine/tooling issues
• Record production time, quantities, scrap, and materials used
• Perform light machine and tooling maintenance
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Follow company policies, procedures, and OSHA safety requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred
• Entry-level candidates with a strong willingness to learn are encouraged to apply
• Ability to read and understand basic drawings and measurements
• Experience using measuring tools and gauges
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to follow safety procedures and work around moving machinery

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Frequent use of hands for handling and operating equipment
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with machinery and elevated noise levels

• $18+/hr based on experience
• Consistent 1st shift schedule
• Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM
• 3-day weekends
• Friday overtime opportunities available
