Weiss North America Inc is seeking a CNC Machinist/Machine Operator to support precision hardware production for innovative IT solutions. You will set up, program, and operate CNC equipment, interpreting technical drawings and CAD models to produce high-quality components. Responsibilities include tooling selection, part inspection, process optimization, and basic machine maintenance. In our dynamic, innovation-driven culture, you'll collaborate with engineers, learn new technologies, and help deliver reliable components for cloud, data, and AI-driven products.

Responsibilities

  • Set up, program, and operate CNC machines to produce precision components for IT hardware solutions
  • Read and interpret technical drawings, CAD models, and work orders to determine machining requirements
  • Select appropriate tools, fixtures, and materials; load and align work pieces accurately
  • Monitor machining operations, inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, and gauges, and make adjustments to maintain tight tolerances
  • Perform routine machine maintenance, troubleshoot minor issues, and escalate complex problems to maintenance or engineering
  • Collaborate with engineers and software teams to refine part designs and improve manufacturability
  • Document production data, quality results, and machine settings in digital systems
  • Follow safety protocols, 5
  • S, and quality standards such as ISO or equivalent

Required Skills
