Consolidated Precision Products (CPP) is seeking a Section Manager to lead day-to-day operations in a high-precision aerospace manufacturing environment. In this role, you will manage a production section focused on complex castings and precision machining, ensuring safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets are met. You will plan and schedule work, lead and develop a team of operators and technicians, coordinate with engineering and quality, and drive continuous improvement using lean tools.

Responsibilities
- Lead daily operations for a manufacturing section to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets
- Plan, schedule, and prioritize production to meet customer and program requirements
- Coach, develop, and performance-manage a team of production and technical staff
- Drive continuous improvement using lean, 5
- S, and root-cause problem solving
- Monitor KPIs, analyze variances, and implement corrective actions
- Ensure adherence to aerospace quality, EHS, and regulatory requirements
- Coordinate with engineering, quality, maintenance, and supply chain to resolve issues
- Support new product introductions and process changes within the section
- Maintain accurate production, training, and compliance documentation
- Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and technical excellence
Required Skills

- Aerospace or industrial quality systems (e.g., AS9100)
- Reading technical drawings and specifications
- Manufacturing KPIs and performance management
- ERP/MRP production systems
