Shipping​/Receiving Clerk

Consolidated Precision Products (CPP) seeks a Shipping/Receiving Clerk to support aerospace manufacturing operations. In this role, you will receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials and parts, prepare and ship outgoing orders, and maintain accurate inventory records in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment. You will operate material handling equipment, coordinate with production and quality teams, and ensure documentation and labeling are precise. This position offers the opportunity to work with advanced aerospace components while contributing to continuous improvement and cross-plant initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials and parts against packing slips and purchase orders
• Prepare, package, and stage outgoing shipments to meet customer and carrier requirements
• Maintain accurate inventory records using ERP or warehouse management systems
• Label, store, and move materials to and from production in a safe, organized manner
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and material handling equipment per safety standards
• Coordinate with production, purchasing, and quality to resolve shipment or material discrepancies
• Complete shipping documentation, bills of lading, and logs with high accuracy
• Support cycle counts and physical inventories to maintain inventory accuracy
• Follow 5
• S, safety, and quality procedures in a manufacturing environment
• Identify and support continuous improvement opportunities in shipping/receiving processes
