CNC Machinist

Willoughby, OH

Shift: Day and Night Shifts Available

Overtime: OT on Fridays when needed

Starting Pay: $20 to $25 - possibly more based on Experience

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced CNC Machinist/Operator in Willoughby. This is a full-time, 1st shift position with a 4-day workweek and opportunities for overtime on Fridays during busy periods.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up, and operate CNC machines (mills or lathes)
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications
• Programming at the machine if you have the experience (will train)
• Ensure precision and quality in all parts produced
• Adjust machine settings and tool paths as needed
• Inspect finished parts for accuracy and quality using measuring tools
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment

Requirements:

• Must have CNC Operating Experience
• Hands-on programming experience preferred - will pay more for experience
• Experience with Mazak or Okuma machines is highly preferred
• Experience in either mill or lathe operations (or both)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Ability to interpret blueprints and use precision measuring tools
