Full-Time | Day Shift
Looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented role? Join our team as a
Finisher
and help create high-quality ceramic parts used in precision applications.
Finish & repair ceramic hardware and airfoils
- Use handheld tools and equipment
- Inspect parts and fix defects
- Maintain accurate paperwork
- Hit quality and production goals
- Keep your workstation clean and organized
- Communicate with team, leads & engineers
- Follow all safety and shift-end procedures
- High school diploma or GED
- Manufacturing experience preferred
- Dependable attendance and teamwork
- Willingness to cross-train
- Mostly seated work (80% of shift)
- Close-up work using inspection tools
- Must work well in a manufacturing setting
- Precision air grinders, sanding tools, diamond saws
