University Hospitals Pain Management is offering a Registered Nurse (RN) Apprenticeship program in collaboration with Lakeland Community College and Kent State University - Ashtabula. Candidates will start as Patient Care Nursing Assistants (PCNA) with a commitment of at least 24 hours every 6 weeks, with the opportunity to earn up to 12K in bonuses upon achieving program milestones. Successful completion will lead to promotion as a Medical-Surgical RN with a 1-year commitment to University Hospitals.
