-Ashtabula (KSU-A), is offering a new Registered Nurse (RN) Apprenticeship program to obtain the education and skills needed to become a RN at UH Lake West and UH Tripoint Medical Centers.
This program will follow a milestone model where selected candidates will receive tiered bonuses as certain milestones are achieved, earning up to 12K. The candidate will be hired into a Patient Care Nursing Assistant (PCNA) role with a minimum work commitment of 24hrs every 6-week schedule. Upon successful completion of a RN program at Lakeland Community College or Kent State University
- Ashtabula and receipt of RN licensure, the employee will be promoted to a UH Medical-Surgical RN with a 1-year work commitment at UH Lake West or UH Tripoint Medical Centers.
