Windsor Laurelwood Center for Behavioral Health
Day, Evening and Night Shifts Available.
8 and 12 hour shifts.
Responsibilities- Assess and identify patients' needs.
- Implement and monitor patients' medical plans and treatment.
- Provide essential teaching and promote therapeutic communication.
- Ensure patient care is conducted according to Laurelwood policies and standards.
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to exceed patient care goals.
- Current license to practice nursing in Ohio.
- Current CPR or BLS certification.
- Experience in a psychiatric inpatient setting preferred.
- Adaptability, communication, compassion, problem‑solving and resilience.
