• Demonstrate a proactive, self-starter mindset in an independent work environment
• Confidently initiate sales conversations and set appointments from scratch
• Utilize strong listening skills to understand candidate needs and motivations
• Build and maintain relationships that drive engagement and long-term success

• 2+ years of sales experience required to provide a strong foundation for success.
• Insurance experience is a plus, but not required, as we provide the training and structure to help you grow quickly and confidently.
• Some college experience preferred, but not required
• Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
• Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
• Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
• Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
