Pay Range: $25 per hour

We are looking for an experienced MIG Welder to join our team. This position involves welding and fabricating custom conveyor systems
, ensuring high-quality, precise welds that meet project requirements. Candidates must be able to pass a welding test to demonstrate their skills and abilities.

• Perform MIG welding on custom conveyor systems and related components.
• Read and interpret blueprints, welding symbols, and project specifications.
• Set up and operate welding equipment safely and efficiently.
• Inspect welds for quality, accuracy, and strength.
• Maintain welding equipment and tools in proper working condition.
• Follow company safety guidelines and industry best practices.
• Work with the assembly and fabrication teams to complete projects on time.

• 2+ years of MIG welding experience (industrial or manufacturing setting preferred).
• Ability to pass a welding test.
• Proficiency in blueprint reading and weld symbol interpretation.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to lift, move, and position heavy parts and materials.
• Team-oriented with good communication and problem-solving skills.
