Consolidated Precision Products seeks a Maintenance Technician to support aerospace manufacturing operations by maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing production equipment, furnaces, and facility systems. In this highly technical, safety-focused environment, you'll perform preventive maintenance, diagnose mechanical and basic electrical issues, and support installation and commissioning of new machinery. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve equipment reliability, document work in a CMMS, and contribute to continuous improvement while growing your technical skills in advanced casting and machining technologies.
Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production, casting, and machining equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and basic electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues
- Support installation, setup, and commissioning of new machinery and facility systems
- Document all maintenance activities in a CMMS and maintain accurate equipment records
- Follow strict safety, LOTO, and quality procedures in a regulated aerospace manufacturing environment
- Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams to improve equipment reliability and uptime
- Identify and support continuous improvement initiatives related to equipment performance and maintenance processes
