Liberty Personnel is partnered with a local Public Accounting Firm seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to add to their team.
Responsibilities- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for business clients.
- Maintain and analyze general ledger accounts and supporting schedules.
- Perform account reconciliations and assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Prepare adjusting journal entries and ensure the accuracy of financial records.
- Assist clients with accounting-related inquiries and day-to-day financial matters.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
- CPA or EA Certification is required.
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, preferably within a public accounting environment.
- Experience working with C-Corporations and S-Corporations across various industries.
