Accountant, Auditor Accountant, Financial Reporting

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Auditor to join our team! Our client base is extremely stable for this long-term opportunity. You will be responsible for preparing, analyzing and auditing financial records for our clients. We are located in newly renovated offices in Willow Grove, PA.

• Assist in planning, preparation and conducting of annual audits for clients
• Retrieve source information from client files and prepare those records for our auditing procedures
• Assist in the review, verification and analysis of client accounting financial records
• Preparation of compilation, review and audited financial statements
• Review compliance with policies applicable to industry laws and regulations
• Ensure compliance and proper execution of accounting functions in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles
• Review audit adjustments, audit reports and management letters for presentation to clients
• Provide consulting services to clients as requested

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business or Finance
• Currently active Certified Public Accountant required
• Minimum of 3 years relevant experience
• It is more important to have a sound working knowledge of accounting, journal entries, account analysis, and yearend accruals and cutoffs than actual auditing experience
• Demonstrates financial and accounting principles knowledge
• Microsoft Office proficiency including Excel and Word
• Ability to think analytically, apply analytical techniques and critical thinking
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
