Patient Services Assistant (1 position available)

Fast-growing and employee-friendly company, located in Willow Grove, PA, offers a full‑time (8 am–4:30 pm, no weekends) Patient Services Representative Assistant role.

We are seeking a candidate who wants to work in a friendly and safe office environment. The main duty of this position is to communicate with various insurance companies/plans and our patients in order to provide them with our services.

• Prepare work orders
• Obtain the proper documents for insurance companies/plans
• Verify patient benefits and pre‑certify our services
• Prepare and submit chart for billing
• Conduct, communicate and dress appropriately
• Exercise knowledge of different insurance company’s or plan’s procedures
• Provide excellent customer service to all patients
• Assure flow of service
• Assist front desk when needed
• Perform basic office functions such as faxing, scanning, telephones, and emailing
• Cover the front desk as needed
  
  Complete other duties as assigned
