Job Details
What you'll do:
- Ensure federal and PA employment law compliance
- Process payroll in Paylocity
- Full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, offboarding
- Benefits administration, and annual plan review
- Maintain employee records, OSHA log
- Occasional travel to Harrisburg, Bethlehem, Scranton
- 5+ years HR experience, including payroll
- Knowledge of PA and federal employment law
- Paylocity system experience
