Construction Project Manager

A growing commercial general contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to help expand its Philadelphia-area operations. This position can work remotely, with a local office in the Willow Grove area.

• Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, contracts, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and cost reporting
• Coordinate with clients, architects, subcontractors, and field teams
• Lead subcontractor buyout and project meetings
• Ensure projects meet schedule, quality, safety, and financial goals

• Experience managing ground-up commercial construction projects
• Retail, restaurant, healthcare, grocery, or multi-site experience preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and financial management skills
• Willingness to travel approximately 25%

This is an opportunity to work remotely while helping a growing contractor build out its Philadelphia presence. You’ll manage ground-up projects for nationally recognized clients, receive fully paid travel plus per diem, and have strong long-term growth potential as the local operation expands.
