I opened my agency in 2004, and since then we’ve built a team of six that values collaboration, consistency, and genuine care for our customers. Cultivating a positive work environment is important to us, which is why we offer half days leading up to holiday weekends, monthly team lunches at a restaurant of the team’s choosing, and a healthy balance between work and life.
Our benefits include a 401k, health insurance, and the support needed to continue growing both personally and professionally. We’re looking for someone who wants to grow with the agency—someone who is hardworking, coachable, upbeat, and ready to contribute to a supportive, long‑term team. If you’re excited about joining a place where your effort truly matters, you’ll feel right at home here.
