This position will be for the Jefferson College of Nursing, Abington‑Dixon campus, located in Willow Grove, Pennsylvania. The college is part of Thomas Jefferson University and is implementing the Curriculum for Health is H.E.R.E.: a humanistic, evidence‑based, reflective, and excellence in clinical leaders program. We are seeking visionary, creative educators to support this concept‑based BSN curriculum guided by the core themes of practice excellence, population health, inter‑professional collaboration, and innovation.

Immersion Educators will facilitate effective student learning in a variety of clinical educational settings across the care continuum and provide guidance for students across multiple care transitions.

• Education:
  
  MSN from an accredited institution required.
• Clinical:
  Ability to function with professional accountability in clinical settings across the care continuum and inter‑professional care teams.
• Teaching:
  Ability to create a climate of conceptual learning for positive student outcomes.
• Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues, staff, students, agency personnel, and others.
