Whether you're just starting your career or have a few years of experience, we’d love to see how you can contribute to the exciting range of projects we’re working on. If you have 2-5+ years of experience and a passion for site-civil engineering, land development, and environmental solutions, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
What We Offer- Real-world experience:
Work alongside experienced engineers and project managers on diverse development projects, from master planning and site design to water resources, green infrastructure, and environmental permitting. - Collaborative environment:
Be an active part of the project team, attending meetings, brainstorming with colleagues, and interacting with clients. - Hands-on learning:
Dive into stormwater management, erosion control, and green infrastructure design. You’ll also expand your skills in zoning, site grading, and utility design. - Cutting-edge tools:
Use the latest technology in AutoCAD to create site plans, conceptual layouts, and detailed drawings. - Field experience:
Participate in site visits for pre-construction, construction, and post-construction observation—getting firsthand knowledge of project conditions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Environmental, or Architectural Engineering.
- 2-5+ years of experience in Civil Design (co-op experience is a plus!).
- EIT preferred, or the ability to obtain within 6 months.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Self-starter with excellent time management skills and a team-oriented attitude.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Auto Turn, Hydro
CAD and Microsoft Office. - Available to start immediately.
