• Support staff in identifying and working through problem behaviors.
• Being present in classrooms.
• Modeling behavior modification strategies.
• Provide training as necessary to ESY staff for implementation of behavior intervention plans.
• Other job duties as assigned.

• Current BCBA certification as certified by the BACB required

• Master's Degree in applied behavior analyst, special education, psychology, or related discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.
• Expert knowledge of intervention planning for developing behavior change strategies that focus on reducing problem behaviors and increasing appropriate behaviors.
• Must be available for the entire program and available for a training date prior to the start of ESY.
• Must be a good team player, punctual, energetic, parent friendly and have an eagerness to learn.
• Must successfully complete and maintain compliance with all federal and state background and criminal record check requirements.

$52.50 per hour

• Monday through Thursday
• June 29th through July 30th
• 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM
• +10 prep hours
