We're a well‑established Managed Services Provider (MSP) with immediate openings for Level 1 IT Support Technicians. This role is ideal for motivated individuals ready to be an active part of a collaborative team, assisting with daily IT operations across our help desk and field service departments.

• Entry‑level experience with a passion for IT and technology
• Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal English
• A strong desire to learn new skills, systems, and technologies
• Robust problem‑solving abilities with an analytical mindset
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing tasks and business needs
• Familiarity with Windows‑based network environments and protocols
• Solid understanding of PC hardware, software, and desktop systems
• Experience with break/fix tasks, installations, and software upgrades
• Knowledge of Active Directory, Exchange, Office 365, and iOS is a plus (not required)
• Comfortable in a role that involves frequent client interaction and outstanding service

** This is not a remote position and you will be required to commute to Willow Grove each day.
